It is our intent to protect against the misuse or loss of information that we have collected. We utilize technology and processes for the protection of our customer’s information. When you place an order, your information is transmitted in an encrypted format.
Returns
We are proud and confident in the products we offer. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please return it. We will exchange it or refund the merchandise price.
Processing/shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
SHIPPING
We know that you want your items as fast as you can get them. We will ship your item within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Our standard delivery method is ground and most items will ship for free. Most deliveries will take 3 to 5 business days of shipment date.
If you need faster delivery, please let us know by emailing us. We will quote you the shipping charge.
For Alaska and Hawaii orders, it may take longer for processing and shipping. You will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order with the actual shipping charges and your approval to ship.
We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations including Canada or Mexico.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
